Mac Dill Air Force Base - HydroGeoLogic, Tampa, FL Personnel from ATI Drilling worked with HGL field representatives Fred Portofe and Brad Sperry. During this time period and at various sites ATI installed a total of 10 Monitoring Wells with specific designs/applications and numerous Soils & Water Samples: 7 Monitoring wells via Direct Push Technology. Two Monitoring wells were installed to 30’ BLS with a 2’ section of screen at 30’, 20’, and 10’ to allow for easier and more accurate sampling. All seven wells were completed with a layer of 20/30 sand, 30/65 sand, Bentonite crumbles, and a 2’x2’x4” Concrete pad and Manhole Covers. At the SS061 site Depending on location ATI would utilize concrete coring methods to reach the underlying soils. Project Services include: Five Monitoring wells were installed to 20’ BLS with 1” X 10’ prepack screen and 10’ of 1” PVC Riser Two Monitoring wells were installed to 30’ BLS with a 2’ section of screen at 30’, 20’, and 10’ to allow for easier and more accurate sampling All seven wells were completed with a layer of 20/30 sand, 30/65 sand, Bentonite crumbles, and a 2’x2’x4” Concrete pad and Manhole Covers At the SS061 site Multiple soil and water samples at multiple depths ranging from 5’ to 28’ depending on soil and water reading determined At ST057/FH 16-25 Flight line site 3 temporary monitoring wells to 12’ BLS via Direct Push Technology and obtained multiple soil and water samples at different depths Stakeout and as-built 36” RCP and structures After HGL obtained all the necessary samples from the three different temporary wells ATI abandoned each well and restored the flight line surface.
