Ambient Technologies Drilling Team completed Lithologic Profiling, installed Piezometers, Direct Push Soil Borings, Direct Push Groundwater Screening, and Monitoring Wells. Completed 16 monitoring wells and 12 soil sampling borings (DPT Cores) using Direct Push Technology (DPT) for an environmental site assessment to investigate soil and groundwater conditions at a Classic Cleaners in Tampa, Florida. This is an FDEP Drycleaning Solvent Cleanup Program Project. Prior to testing the planned locations were cleared for underground utilities by GeoView and 811. The Ambient Technologies Team used a GEOPROBE 7822DT to install sixteen (16) ground water soil borings at a depth of 38 ft bls with soil sampling at 15 ft, 25 ft, and 35 ft. Additional three (3) wells were installed with Piezometers, which were used to monitor the movement of contaminants in groundwater. This will help in the assessment of the extent and direction of contaminant plumes at the project site. GEOPROBE rods and drive points were used to drill the bore holes and then have access for a 30-minute groundwater sampling. The continuous soil cores collected during the installation of the monitor wells will help in the understanding the distribution of geological formations, aquifers, and potential contaminants in the subsurface and are essential for designing effective remediation strategies. Project Services: • One Continuous Lithologic Boring with macrocores to 50 feet bls or refusal. • Three (3) direct push soil borings to water table (10 feet) with soil sampling and macrocores. • Nine (9) screenpoint locations for groundwater sampling at three depths per screenpoint boring. • Install seven (7) shallow monitor wells (1"/ 0.010"pre-pack screened 5-15 feet). • Install five (5) intermediate monitor wells (1"/ 0.010" pre-pack screened 20-25 feet or 30-35 feet) • Install three (3) deep wells (depending on necessity) (1"/ 0.010" pre-pack screened 40-45 feet) • Hand install one (1) shallow monitor well inside the building through concrete (2"/ 0.010" screened 4-14 feet). • Well pad construction and development
